CORNiCO Bonus Club (CBC) loyalty programme

1. Membership and registration in CORNiCO Bonus Club (CBC)
a. Every customer registered in our eShop www.cornico.eu automatically becomes a member of the CBC. If you are not already a registered customer, be sure to take advantage of the registration option.
b. Registration is easy, you pay nothing for it and it only brings you benefits.

2. Registration discount
a. By registering and logging in to our eShop www.cornico.eu, you automatically receive a registration discount of 3% off the price of the item.
b. By logging in to our eShop www.cornico.eu you will automatically see prices reduced by this discount.
c. For example, if an item costs 300,00 EUR, an unregistered customer sees a price of 300,00 EUR, a registered and logged-in customer sees a price of 291,00 EUR.

3. Collecting credits (points) for a purchase
a. Each credit is in point form and the customer can use part or all of the credit when making a purchase. Each time you place an order, you automatically collect points for the purchase.
b. For every 1,00 euro of the price of the goods including VAT you will receive 1 point.
c. Purchase points will be added to your bonus account as soon as the order is in the status Processed.
d. In case of cancellation of the order, the points will not be credited to your bonus account. If you return the item within the statutory time limit, the corresponding number of points will be deducted from your bonus account.
e. You can see the current status of your credit in the form of credited points by logging in to your CBC account management.
f. You can save your points and redeem them for future purchases.
g. You can redeem the accumulated points for a direct discount in the shopping cart in the eShop www.cornico.eu, where the value of 1 point is 0,02 EUR and the minimum purchase value (even after deduction of points) must be over 15,00 EUR incl. VAT.

4. CBC Terms and Conditions
a. The CBC loyalty program is only for registered customers of our eShop www.cornico.eu and membership is free of charge.
b. In addition to registration, consent to receive newsletters is also a condition for drawing rewards from the CBC program, see the sign-up form.
c. Membership in the CBC loyalty program is automatically created upon registration (also valid for previously registered customers), when the customer is simultaneously entitled to enjoy all the benefits of the CBC loyalty program.
d. A member of our CBC loyalty program can be a legal entity that purchases goods for the purpose of their resale (wholesale partner), as well as a natural person who purchases goods for their own consumption.
e. The operator of the eShop, CORNiCO Company, s.r.o., reserves the right to terminate the CBC loyalty program at any time, or to modify its rules and conditions, or to replace the reward with another product of equal value.
f. In the event of termination of the CBC loyalty program, each registered customer will be notified by email at least 30 days prior to the specified termination date so that he/she may redeem any unused accumulated credits
g. Any credits not redeemed by the member at the time of termination of the CBC loyalty programme shall be forfeited and shall not be refunded by the operator in any way

5.       The principle of operation of the CBC
a. Each member of the CBC loyalty program earns points for their purchases in the eShop www.cornico.eu. Credits are automatically credited to the customer's account according to the volume of orders placed. The credit is credited when the order is in the status Completed. Accumulated points are added together.
b. Points are credited to members of the CBC loyalty program only in the case of eShop orders and only as a registered user - i.e. after logging in to their user profile. It is not possible to load points additionally for orders made without registration. Loyalty points are not credited for goods ordered in other ways (by phone, mail, fax, e-mail, SMS or in person).
c. Loyalty points can be collected from the first purchase for any length of time. The customer can see information about the current number of accumulated points after logging in to his/her profile in the CBC account management.

6. Information about the expiration of credits (points) for a purchase:
a. The validity of the accumulated credit points is 365 days and we will notify you 2 times by e-mail (30 days and 7 days before the expiration date) before the expiration date so that you do not forget to use the points.
b. In the event that no further purchase is made on the eShop within 365 days of the first purchase, the accumulated points will automatically be forfeited.

7.       Redeeming Points:
a. Members of the CBC loyalty program have the option to redeem their accumulated points:
1. for in-kind rewards from the current bonus merchandise offer in the point value indicated. The assortment of bonus goods will be replenished and renewed during the event. The current range of bonus goods can be found here: https://www.cornico.sk/bonus-club-sk/ 
2. for a financial discount on a given order
b. The type of bonus goods or the amount of bonus points used must be entered in the order.
c. The customer will be deducted such number of points from the points account for the respective number of points that corresponds to the point value of the bonus item.
